Are Sentron and VL molded case circuit breaker lugs suitable for use with fine stranded wire?

Both Sentron and VL breaker lugs are not approved for fine stranded cable.

The lugs are only rated for class B and C wire. Common terms for fine stranded cable would be Locomotive or Welding cable.
