The New Announcement bar is where you can find links to our latest updates and releases within COMPAS. Keep an eye on this area month to month to see any new updates to configurators or general COMPAS functionality Updates.

Training

.

COMPAS Trainings can still be accessed from the Home Screen of COMPAS. This quick link is staying in the COMPAS Go Resources Quick Links Menu, just below the bid calendar. This link will take you to past training sessions that have been recorded for record.

Help Articles

COMPAS Help Articles can be found in Ask Sandy. Simply open the Ask Sandy chat bot, and type in the subject you have questions about and helpful article links will appear. Please note, we are working to improve this feature, please be on the lookout for upcoming releases.

Order/Product Links

.

Standard Product Information, Cross Reference, Standard Product Selector, and Order Status Chat windows have all been incorporated into the Ask Sandy tool. Simply use or ask Sandy the way you would have used these chats before. This was to streamline the chat process and allow you to chat about more than one thing at a time.

Live Chat

.

The Live Chat function has moved within the Ask Sandy tool. Once you have opened Ask Sandy, choose the ‘Live Chat’ Button, and you will be added to the Queue for on-demand COMPAS Support.
