On screen prompt
•Upon logging in, users will get an on-screen pop up directing them to check in all open quotes
•Please note, this is currently only available for Field Sales Users
•Upon clicking the link in the prompt, users will be taken to a new screen to check in quotes.
•Users can also navigate to new screen by clicking the notification bell in the top right corner of the page and selecting to check in Quotes.

Check in Quotes
•All quotes can be checked in at one time by selecting the top left box , then selecting the “Check In” button on the top right corner of the screen.
•Users can also check in some quotes by selecting the check box to the left of the quotes they would like to check in, the selecting the “Check In” button in the top right corner of the screen.
