Block CR, Manage order, Siflex for PJCL orders

When the order become invalid, the "PCJL" is set in SAP.

On doing so, the following 3 actions are blocked in COMPAS.

1. Change Order: User is intimated with the following pop-up

2. SiFlex: User is intimated with the following pop-up

3. Manage Order: User is intimated with the following pop-up
