Creating a Budget Quote
- To create a Budget quote, follow the steps for creating a Project
- When you get to the "Quote Type" selection, select "Budget" from the drop downs.

- Note that Budget Quotes are NOT Shareable to external users. Upon conversion, this option will be available.
- To skip the budget process, choose "Bid" from the drop downs.
- Continue configuring per job specifications
Submitting for Budget Quote for Price Approval
- Follow the normal Tech Review/Price Approval Process
- Please note, both Tech Review and Pricing will need to be re-submitted for approval after conversion.
- Tech review and pricing is done at a lower level for this stage to get pricing/quotes approved faster.

- The "Order Status" will update to "Approved" when your price has been approved and your quote is ready.
- Please note, the shipping screen is disabled until conversion.

Converting from Budget to Bid
- To convert from Budget to Bid, go to the pricing page, select ˜Convert to Bid" Button.
- Your Quote is now in a sharable state.

- This step will reset all previous approval Status, you will need to re-submit for both Price and Tech Review.
- An internal note is auto added for both price and tech review.
- From here, continue formal Order Entry steps.
