This article has a training video for customer products in COMPAS Go. Customer products is a “COMPAS Go Tool” that allows users to create and manage Non-Siemens products for quotes in COMPAS Go. Also, provides information on how to use Customer Products along with copy and paste functionality.
Few information on the customer products are as follows.
- Customer products are created and managed by user. Distributors can add any products to their customer product list
- Customer products can be added one at a time or imported from an CSV file
- User can share customer products
- Siemens sales can also use customer products for special "Ball Park" pricing
- Pricing is provided by the user and not a SIEMENS responsibility
- Pricing update can be done in customer product maintenance
- Copy and Paste functionality
