COMPAS Go enabled with Hospital Systems and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO)

This article describes the option enabled in COMPAS Go with Hospital Systems and GPO ( Group Purchasing Organization). Group purchasing is used in many industries to purchase raw materials and supplies and is common practice in the health care, electronics, and industrial manufacturing.

1. Login into COMPAS Go with valid credentials

2. Create a project and open the sales quote as shown below which navigates the user to the "Siemens Products"

3. Navigate to the quote details page as shown below.

4. Select either of "Healthcare - Non Fed" or "Healthcare - AST LVG" in the Market segment 

5. On doing so, the attribute "GPO/Hospital" gets enabled as shown below.

6. Click on the "" the following is available to the user to select the hospital based on the filters [ GPO / Hospital Name / State / City ]

7. After adding the required line items to the sales quote with pricing discounts, submit the quote for TR or TR & PA or PA. On doing so, the following options is displayed where the GPO/Hospital is made mandatory. 

Note: GPO / Hospital attribute does not have the recent list for selection and this value is read only in the change request / change order [ECR / ICR]
