COMPAS Go : Notes and Documents [Video 6.18 min]

This articles provides information on the usage of "Notes and Documents" and "Proposal Notes" in COMPAS Go.

Notes & Documents, found under the Action menu, allows a user to add a Notes and Documents to configured lines. Notes & Documents cannot be added to Standard Product Lines.

Proposal Notes, found under the Action menu, show up in the Proposal.  Global Notes, once created will show on all the Proposals because it is a “Global” Note.  Quote Notes is quote specific. Important information pertaining to the quote is added to the Proposal. No reason to edit a proposal in Word.
