Introducing New P3 Features Specifications:

• Large unit space mounted breakers can be selected in P3 are: 225A QRs, 150A 3VA61, 250A 3VA62, 250A 3VA52.

• New P3 design now offers more quantity large unit space mounted branch breakers: Up to quantity (12) large unit space mounted breakers can be allowed in P3 where only (6) is allowed currently.

• 30” wide new vented enclosure is required if large breaker quantity is > 6 and up to (12).

• 30” wide new vented enclosure is required when 600A horizontal mounted 3VA main and or 600A 3VA sub-feed branch is selected in P3.

• 30” wide new vented enclosure is required when 800A vertical mounted TM type 3VA (3VA55) main breaker is selected in P3.

New 30 inches Wide Vented Enclosure for P3 Panelboards Specifications:

• New 30” wide vented enclosure is available for P3 panels only from the current release.

• Acknowledgement Message: an acknowledgement message is displayed as a conflict in the current release. A checkbox Breaker Flag in conflict resolution

window can be checked to remove the red after the user sees the information about maximum cable size in P3.

• P3 800A MLO, mechanical lug with lug size of (3)500Kcmil, no horizontal mounted 400A or 600A 3VA sub-feed breaker allowed or panel type can be changed to P4 or P5.

• When P3 main is a Sentron JD or LD type breaker, sub-feed breaker can be used is JD sub-feed, no 3VA sub-feed can be selected as the current design.

• P3 400A or 600A horizontal mounted 3VA main can have (1) horizontal mounted 400A 3VA sub-feed breaker or (1) horizontal mounted 600A 3VA sub-feed breaker.

• No SEM3 option to be available to 400A and 600A frame 3VA breakers in P3 as the current P3 SEM3 design.

• P3 Enclosure Type Restriction: when 600A 3VA main and / or a 600A 3VA sub-feed breaker selected in a P3 panel, it requires the new 30” wide vented enclosure.

• No changes for current P3 logics of vertical mounted 400A or 600A 3VA main breaker configurations.

P4 and P5 Panel with 400A and 600A 3VA Offer Specification:

• Main: 400A or 600A main in both P4 and P5.

• Branch: 400A or 600A branch breaker(s) in both P4 and P5.

• Horizontal Mounted main and or branch breaker(s) in both P4 and P5.

• 3VA Breaker Lug Limitation: maximum cable size allowed in P4 is 500Kcmil per phase (when using 600kcmil lugs). 

• If 600Kcmil lug size is required, Panelboard needs to be changed to P5 panel.

• Acknowledgement Message: an acknowledgement message is displayed as a conflict in the current release.

• SEM3 option: SEM3 Device option is not available on 600A 3VA main breakers in a power panel. This option can not be selected in both P4 and P5.
