COMPAS Go: Service Configurator - FAQ


This article consolidates all the answers to your questions on electrical service configurator in COMPAS Go.

- COMPAS now offers users to add Service lines in addition to Equipment lines. The Services offered in COMPAS are - Power System Study; Startup/Commissioning; Power System Study Training; and Startup/Commissioning Training.

- Under the action menu, we have an option "Add Services". Use this option to open the service wizard to configure your service needs.

- Channel & Sales can add Services to their quote.

- The Sales Order in SAP will not contain any Service lines that is in the quote in COMPAS.

- Yes you can still submit your request for quote to the this PS CoC General Mailbox: siespowerstudies.industry@siemens.com. However, we recommend that you use this tool whenever possible. The Power Systems Team is actively monitoring and is ready to assist with tech and pricing reviews as needed.
