Beginning January 01, 2022, Busway COMPAS list prices will be adjusted with the intent of establishing a discount structure that will allow for the following:

•    Auto approval discount levels
•    Faster MAP turn around on pricing review

The new structure will reflect a reduction in list price versus the previous list price structure. The upcoming discount structure has accommodated for this, so all net prices will be an accurate reflection of the new discount to list relationship. Please expect the following actions to take place in COMPAS:

•    All open quotations will be red-lined to identify there has been a change in list price. Once the redlines are completed the busduct will have the new list price.  When submitted for approval discounts will be off the new structure.
•    ECRs will adopt the new list price values, but will retain the discount level previously set. Effectively, this will reduce the net price of the line item(s) to a value lower than the approved value. The MAP team will be evaluating all ECR and correcting reductions to maintain net pricing. Sales will be notified if net price adjustments are required.
