COMPAS Submittal - Overview

The Submittal Package in COMPAS is a great tool to manage the content of your Submittal Package. It can be customized based on users need.

1. Login into COMPAS with valid credentials

2. Create a new quote or open an existing quote

3. Make the quote as editing "ON"

4. From the action menu, click on the "Add Product"

5. Add all the products based on the users need.

6. click on the Submittal from the action menu

is used to navigate the user to the customization page directly.

7. On clicking the user is navigated to the following page with notification that the report is generated.

8. Options available for the user.

4		To generate document in PDF Note: If the sequence of line items is changes in COMPAS Go, the same is reflected in drawing report.
5		To switch between content and audit view. Audit View : Clicking on the will enable the menu for - Document is uploaded - option for the missing document with options - used to view the section cover page - used to edit the cover page Clicking on the highlighted text will open the following document. Content View: - used to move the document - file missing - action to be done on the uploaded document - to view document that is uploaded - upload new document for the missing file
5	Proposal Logo	1. Upload button allows the user to add a new image 2. View button allows user to have a preview of the uploaded image in the proposal report
