Siemens pricing team counters the quote if there is no pricing notes justifying the asking price or discount is too high to approve. It is advisable to add adequate notes if you are requesting a special price.

If you are not satisfied the countered price, please add sufficient notes/information in COMPAS Go for the quote and re-submit for price approval
