How does manual placement work in Low Voltage Switchgear (LVS) configuration?

This article describes the re-arrangement of device in the layout. This unique feature is called as "manual layout". 

1. Launch and configure LVS in COMPAS Go.

2. Navigate to the "Layout/Design" tab and then to "Manual Layout"

3. Following are the options available to the user in manual layout

Also, pan and zoom options are enabled in layout.

4. Drag and drop the devices to the workbench. 

Place devices from workbench to layout by drag and drop.User can notice the snap points (in green color), where the device will be placed.

5. Click on the layout to place all the devices moved to workbench unto the layout (referred as auto layout)

6. After the re-arranging the device in the layout per user requirement, the section configuration need to set, as it will be in "Section Incomplete"

    Select the section properties and complete the configuration.

6. On confirming the changes, the configuration can be saved and added to quote.
