How to add cans ahead to an order in COMPAS Go?

This article describes the steps available in COMPAS Go when a quote is already converted to an order and the user need to add cans ahead.

  1. If the order is still on hold you can do and ECR (change quote) to add cans ahead.

  2. If the order is released please call customer service at 1-866-663-7324. They will contact the plant to see if the cans ahead can be added and if so they will have to change directly in SAP.
