How to Add or Remove Account for an Existing User Id

Step-by-step guide

1. Logon to COMPAS GO
2.  Choose Icon for Channel Admin
3.  See below. From this screen you can search for your user by using the User ID, First Name, Last Name, Email or Account No.
   
    
4.   I typed in Last Name and clicked Search Channel Partner
   

5.  If you Search by Last Name or First Name this tool will bring in all users with the same name. If you Search by User ID it should only find the user id you are looking for.  The same with Email Address it should be unique. If you Search by Account Number it will list all users that have access to that particular account.

6. Click on the user id you want to change to open it.

7.  Type in the additional account(s) under the box called Search Account and then click the icon for Search  (you can only Search for one account at a time)

8.  Once you Search for the account you want to Add it will drop it in the box below. Remember you can add as many accounts at one time as you need to. 

9.  Then just hit the SUBMIT TO UPDATE Button.   Also notice on the account(s) already listed you will see a Trash Can. To Delete and Account just hit the Trash Can and hit the SUBMIT TO UPDATE Button.
