How to add/delete customer product family and sub-families?

This article describes information on the usage of customer products in COMPAS Go. 

Apart from Siemens products, adding/deleting of customer products into quote is possible in COMPAS Go. Following are the steps to be followed to add customer products to quote.

1. Click on the "Product Catalog" from the task page

2. For the first time, we land in the following page for creation of new family

3. New family can be added by clicking on the "Add New Family" or clicking on the "Manage Family" button (or)

4. Enter the required family name and click on the  "+". For deletion, click on the delete button

         Also the created families will get listed in the drop-down in the "Customer Products Maintenance" page for transversing between families.

5. Adding products to newly created family, click on the "click to add" link

6. On clicking the above options, opens up the following to enter catalog number, description and relevant price and clicking on the "save" button adds the product to the family.

            Adding more products is possible by clicking on the "+"

7. Editing or deleting the product is possible with respective icons.
