How to apply quick ship for an line item?

This article describes the steps when you want to quickly process one order at a time, you can easily do so from COMPAS Go in the pricing page with Quick Ship. 

1. Login into COMPAS Go with valid credentials

2. Create a new quote and add line items or open an existing quote with line items.

    Create new quote -  

    Open existing quote - 

3. Make the quote as editing as  

4. Navigate to the quote details after opening the quote as shown below. Open the quote and click "Add Products" from the action menu

5. Navigate to the pricing page.

6. Quick ship can be triggered rom two places. One is from the header menu which will trigger for all the quick ship lines and the next is against the line item which will trigger for the respective line item.  Click on the "" icon against the line item that you want to have the quick ship.

Custom quick ship is shown in the following image.

7. Quick ship notes and documents can be attached against each line item and is meant for quick ship ONLY and will not trigger review required.

Following changes are requested for the line item against the standard with documents and notes.

 Select the Terms and conditions and Click on "Accept" Button.
Note : The "Accept" button would be enabled only upon selecting the terms and conditions.

8. On doing so, the following is updated for the selected line item
