How to cancel or delete an order?

If you prefer to cancel an order/cancel one line item from an order, you can initiate a Change request quote by selecting the line item you want to cancel/Reject  and select  create CR  option from Actions menu, the Reason for Change Request as Customer Cancellation/Reject All Line items and proceed with the change request quote. Once the change request is updated in the order, the respective line items in the change quote will be rejected/cancelled.
