How to change a submittal package to a record submittal package?

Reports that can be customized based on requirements by adding customer specific documents.  

Step-by-step guide

1. Open the submittal package from the action menu as shown below

2. Above action navigates to the following page. Select the "Address"

3. Select the record option for completion of the required change
