How to change or request freight terms change for a job/quote?

This article describes the steps to change the freight terms for a quote in COMPAS Go.

Every sold to account will have default project payment and freight terms. If the customer wants to change the default, they can see the list of options from COMPAS Go and then request Siemens Customer Support to change.

Based on business factors and nature of the job, customer support can fulfill the request.

1. Select the quote, where you want to see the list of freight terms.

2. Click on quote details option.
3. In the freight term drop down, see the possible option.

4. If you have access to change the value then select the new one. If not please send mail to customer support to follow the process.
