How to check order creation errors in COMPAS Go?

This article describes how to view the order creation error info in COMPAS Go.

1. Login into COMPAS Go with valid credentials.

2. The home page will be displayed as shown below.

3. The order will display as below if there is an error in the order document  which indicate the order is not processed.

4. Click on the COMPAS quote number to view the error.

 5. On doing so, the order is opened as shown below and click on the "Order Defect Error Info"

6. User is navigated to the following error page
