How to create a change order request (CR) in COMPAS Go for adding new products?

This article describes the steps to create change order for a sales order. 

1. Login with valid credentials in COMPAS go.

2. Search the Order or Open the order from the dashboard by clicking on the associated COMPAS Quote number.

3. Select the line which needs a change / modification as shown below and click the "Create CR".

4. Following screen pops up with the selected line item and click on next

5. Option to enter the CR name will pop up for the user to populate.

5. Click on create button. Now the user has option to add products, notes, documents.

6. The user can add products to the quote. Add notes or documents with detailing change info and pricing modifications / notes as needed.

7. Click on "Submit CR" for change request.
