How to create change request without line item selection for Channel partner / Field Sales Role in COMPAS Go?

This article describes steps to create change request without selection of line item (add new lines to order using change request).

1. Search the order in Search page or select the orders in the home page of COMPAS Go.

2. Open the order for which you need to create a change order or change request.

3. Without selecting any line item, click the "Create CR".

4. Following screen pops up  and click on "OK"

5. Option to enter the CR name will pop up for the user to populate. Click on the "Create" to proceed to BCR.
