How to create version Quote with "Work in Progress" data in COMPAS Go?

User can create multiple version quotes for any quote. Following steps describes the process.

1. Login into COMPAS Go with valid credentials

2. Subscribe a quote which from other user who has share the quote information.

3. There can be 2 options on the quote that is give by the other user

• Option 1: Quote is in editing "OFF"
• Option 2: Quote is in editing "ON" [with some changes to the lines or with additional line item]

Option 1: 

1. User 2 subscribes the quote. 

2. Creates a version quote as shown below by clicking on the "View/Manage Versions" from the action menu and then selecting the quote, then click "Add New Version"

3. On doing so, the following option is available to the user to enter the version comments.

4. After clicking OK, version is created with 3 line items.

Option 2:

1. "User 2" create a version quote. "User 1" has turned the editing ON and has added 2 new line items. Still he is working on the quote with editing in ON (checked out)

3. Create version quote as shown below.

4. On doing so the user has the following option to select "Would you like to include work in progress data."

 If the user "selects" the check box:

Even with the user 1 (editing OFF), the latest information from the quote is added in the version quote as shown below. [ 5 lines are available in the version quote]

If the user "does not select" the check box:

The latest information from the quote is not added in the version quote as shown below. [ 3 lines are available in the version quote]. The WIP (2 new line items) are not added to the version quote.
