How to disable/turn off auto-fill in chrome browser?

This article describes the steps to disable the auto-fill options in chrome browser. 

1. Click on the chrome menu icon(Three dots at the top right of the screen)

2. Click on settings and under the option-People and addresses.

3. Disable auto fill forms.
