How to export line items information from pricing page in COMPAS Go?

This article describes the steps to export line items information into the following formats

• Excel format (xlsx)
• XML
• CSV

To view the steps as video,

1. Login into COMPAS Go with valid credentials and navigate to the pricing of an existing quote after adding line items as shown below.

2. Right mouse button click on the line item and the use get the following options.

Options available are 

• Copy : Copies only the line item information which can be pasted in any document / email
• Copy with headers : Copies the line item information with header which can be pasted in any document / email
• Paste : to paste the copied content
• Export : Used to export the data into xlsx, csv or xml format.

3. On selecting the xlsx formation, it download as shown below.

Opening the excel file will have the following as present in the line items.

4. Export as csv and xml will result in the following files
