How to find confirmed ship date in COMPAS Go?

This article describes the user the places to look for in COMPAS Go for the shipping date. Confirmed ship dates are found in following pages of COMPAS Go.  Remember only the shippable lines will show a confirmation date.

1. Email Notification:  When the email notification is enabled for the shipping, following mail is triggered to the user with the shipping date which is confirmed. 

2. Shipping page : The user can open the sales order and navigate to the shipping tab, click on the calendar icon () to see the shipping information as shown below

3. Manage Orders Page: Click on the sales order from the recent orders in the home page. Following page will be opened. clicking on the icon will display the required information

Also, clicking on the download button, the order status report will provide the required information
