How to provide feedback on COMPAS Go?

This article helps users to provide their feedback or concerns in COMPAS Go. Canny is the tool integrated in COMPAS Go.

1. Login into COMPAS go with valid credentials. 

2. Click on the feedback option available as shown below

3. On clicking the feedback, following is available to the user to give feedback.

4. Enter the feedback and click on the "Send" button.

5. To view the feedback from user, click on the button . On doing so, the following is available to the user.

6.Clicking on the  button will open up the customer support chat 

7. Periodically, feedback is requested from users.
