How to re-process errored sales order in COMPAS Go?

This article describes the steps to re=process the errored sales order in COMPAS Go.

1. Login into COMPAS with valid credentials

2. Select the errored sales order from the home page by clicking on the sales order as shown below.

3. After selecting the errored sales order, the following is available to the user

4. Turn on the editing "ON". On doing so, the following message is available to the user.

5. On clicking the "Yes" button, the sales order can now be edited as new quote as shown below and proceed as regular quote till order creation with pricing and shipping details.
