How to request training information in Sandy?

This article explains about pulling training information from Sandy in COMPAS. Sandy FAQ information includes both COMPAS Training and Product information. Information in Sandy FAQ will be in various formats including simple text, text with screen shots, links to publications and videos.

It reduces the need for customer support, improves staff productivity, and eliminates time wasted searching for information.  Excited .. Try for yourself with steps mentioned below.

1. Login into COMPAS with valid credentials.

2. User is navigated to the home page.

3. Click on the "Ask Sandy"  . On doing so, the following is visible user.

4. If the user needs information on Product catalog, the user can key in the information in Sandy.

Sandy provides the following results.

Information is listed 4 separate tabs

1. Article

2. Videos

3. SpeedFax

4. Learning Guide

Options are available to view the learning track in a single click which is available in the Sandy home page. Preferred articles and videos can be moved into favorites for easy reference.

5. On clicking the link that is highlighted, the required information or video can be viewed to know the functionality in COMPAS as shown below.

Options are available to user to share the information through email, print or download the information.
