How to retrieve an archived quote in COMPAS Go?

COMPAS Go has archived quotes which are more than 3 years. This article will details on how to retrieve the quotes which are archived.

1. Login into COMPAS Go and navigate to the search quote. On doing so, the user navigates to the following page.

2. Enter the quote information that you are searching for. After entering the quote details, navigate to the "Advance Filters" and click the check box "Include Archived" as shown below and hit the search button.

3. On do so, all the quotes meeting the search criteria, gets listed as shown below.

4. Now the user notices addition quotes with the "" as seen above. The quote with the icon are are archived quotes.

Note: The quotes will the icon will not have any links to open/view them

5. Clicking on the icon, will intimate the user to de-archive the selected quote.

6. Clicking the "Yes" button will enable the user to view / edit the quote. Also the user is notified with the following alert message.
