How to share Submittal Package?

1. Login to COMPAS Go
2. Open the quote
3. From Actions menu, select "Submittal Package" option
   
   
    
4. In The Submittal page click on "Share" present on the Right -top corner of the page.
   
   
    
5. Now select Email option from the menu
   
   
    
6. Now Enter the Email Id with whom you want to share the Submittal Package and hit send. An Email will be sent to the recipient with the link of Submittal Package.
   
   
   If the email is not present, there is option to add email ID. Once done, this email gets listed when sending mail next time.

8. You can also just get the link of the generated Submittal Package and share it with anyone you want. For that click on "Share" present on the Right -top corner of the page. Then click on "Copy Link" option from the menu. 
   
   
    
9. Clicking "Copy Link" will generate the Submittal Package and give the link using which Submittal Package can be accessed.
