How to share / un-share a quote to users?

During the course of creating a quote users may need to "Share" the quote to get help on a special configuration. This options is something Siemens sales engineers use often in COMPAS Desktop to hide quotes from distribution during early stages of bidding. By default all the quotes are shared.

1. Login into COMPAS Go with valid credentials.

2. Create a new quote and add line items or open an existing quote with line items.

3. Make the quote as editing as 

4. From the action menu, select "Add Products" to add required products as line item

5. After adding the products, navigate to the quote details page as shown below. Select the option "Sharable"

Note: By default, the quote is sharable. If user does not need, the option has to be unchecked.

6. On doing so, the user is notified that the current quote is shared to external users.

7. Now the external users can search for the sharable quote.
