How to update expired validity on Quote status?

This article describes the details on a quote which has expired validity which indicated the quote has expired.

1. Login into COMPAS with valid credentials

2. Select a quote which has expired validity in the recent quotes.

Expired Validity: Once a quote status is “Price Approved” the clock starts ticking.  Approved Pricing is good for 30 days.  After 30 days the price expires.

3. Open an existing quote which has expired validity.

3. Make the quote as editing "ON" 

4. This will take you to the quote details where you will see the extend validity box as shown below.

5. Check the extend validity box and message will appear as shown below and acknowledge by clicking the OK button.

Now, the pricing is extended for 30 Days. User needs to resubmit for Price Approval.

6. If price adjustment occurs on an expired price the user will have to extend the validity and resubmit for Price Approval. The new price will be at the same discount levels.
