How to use email notification option from settings?

This article describes the option available in COMPAS Go to set your email notification. Once done, no more selecting for each quote. 

1. Login into COMPAS Go with valid credentials

2. Click on the setting in the task menu as shown below

2. User navigates to the following page

3. Select the "Email Notification". User get the following options

First steps is to turn on the Emails notification. This turns on the Email notification for all the quotes. Add addition emails IDs. 

Note: Now the technical review rejection also triggers email.

4. Select your preferences and save.

Note: there is another way to trigger the email notification settings. It can done from the action menu as shown below.

5. Following is the format of the email notification that the user receives. 

6. In addition to the point 3 there is there is an additional check box for notification for change in lead time as shown below.

Note: This feature is NOT for standard products

Above change is available from "Email Notification" option from the quote page only (from action menu)

7. On enabling the "Email Notification" for the Lead time, a email is triggered to the user. Following is the email sample.
