How to use global settings to set defaults values for the attributes for panelboard during configuration?

Panelboard configuration has a simplified option to set default values to attributes during the configuration. There are 2 options to set

1. User Level Global Setting: Used to set the values for panelboard attributes at user level for all the panelboard configuration for all the jobs. This can be triggered from the following location

a) Click on the setting as shown below

b) On doing so the following is available to the user. Select the "Global Config Settings" to set the values for the attributes.

2. Job Level Global Setting: Used to set the values for panelboard attributes at job level only for all the panelboard configuration. This can be triggered from the following location from the action menu in the job

a) Click on the "" from the action menu as shown below

b) On doing so, the following page is available to the user.
