Proposal Notes has both Global and Quote notes for users to use. Global Notes are notes that stay with every quote and appear on the pricing page. Quote Notes are notes specific to the quote. Quote notes show up before the line items in the header of this document.
1. From the Action Menu select Proposal Notes. Click on the drop down to bring up the selections.
2. Quote Notes and Global Notes use the same text window for users to create their notes. Users can type in the text window and the same format will show in the Proposal.

5. Proposal Note Tips: Users can copy and paste into the text window. Users can create notes in word, modify the font and color and paste into the Text Box. If the mouse Copy and Paste does not work use "Control C" to Copy. Use "Control V" to Paste.
