Manage Quote page is to edit and update the quote related information. Basically, it has three tabs: "Quote Details", "Siemens Products" & "Customer products". This article explains the functionalities about the "Siemens Products" tab.
Siemens Products: This tab will have only information about Siemens Products in the quote.
- Click on the "Open" button to redirect to "Manage Quote" page.
- Select "Siemens Products" tab.
- Select line item using checkbox provided for each line item row. We can select all by using the checkbox provided in the header.
- Select line item and then press "Delete" icon to delete the item.
Once Delete icon is clicked, a confirmation pop up will be shown.
Press Delete Items to delete selected items or press Cancel.
Once we click "Delete", we will get a notification for successful delete of selected items.
- Select Line item and click "Copy" icon. Once we click "Copy" icon, we will get a notification at the bottom of the page.
- Click "Paste" Icon to paste the line items in the same quote.
Once Items pasted successfully, we will get a notification at the right bottom corner of the page
The line item which is copy pasted will be having background color Green
Note: We can copy line items from one quote to other quotes.
Once copy-paste is a one-time activity. - Default child items will be hidden
Ex: Line # 20000 is a parent item.
To view child item click "Show Child Lines". Once we selected "Show Child Lines", child items will be visible with its parent
Parent line # 20000 has four child items 20010, 20020, 20030, 20040 - Click on the "Wrench" icon to reconfigure a complex product
- Click "Pen" icon To edit Designation.
Once we click "Pen" icon, we will get a pop up to update designation. Click "Save" to Update or Click "Close".
After successful Designation update, we will get a notification at the right bottom of the page. - Update quantity using the textbox. Only numbers are allowed
- We can assign "Report Group" to each item by clicking on the "Assign Report Group" button

We can customize the number of columns shown in the table by using "Setting" icon
