How to use the feedback options in COMPAS Go?

This article describes the feedback option provided to the user on the user experience with COMPAS Go. User can provide comments, feedback, enhancements, concerns with COMPAS Go. It is not a place to register the issue with COMPAS Go.

1. Login into COMPAS with valid credentials.

2. User navigates to the following home page

Note: Home page now has option to inform users on the new announcements / feature releases in COMPAS.

3. Click on the "Feedback" button as highlighted in the above image.

4. On doing so, the following dialog box pops up for the user.

4. Users can share their thoughts (comments).

5. When a user clicks on the "View Consolidated Feedback & Feature Request", the following information is displayed to the user.

6. User has options to filter based on the following

> Under Review : Lists all the feedback that is under review from product owners / development team
> Planned : List the feedback that is taken for implementation by development team
> In Progress : Feedback that are currently processed
> Complete : Implemented feedback
> My Own : Feedback raised by the user

> Trending : Provides information on the topic that is discussed the most
> Top : List the top most discussed topic
> New : All new topics listed

7. If user wants to attach a screen shot or image, use the following option

8. On doing so the following page is displayed to the user.  This view will provide a list of names that have submitted comments.  Users can see the comment and the activity planned for that comment.  Activity has NEWEST and OLDEST control. 

9. Click "BACK TO ALL POSTS" to return.  

10. Customer rating feedback provides information with the following graphs. Few information as shown below.

  • Customer satisfaction rating and number of feedback received
  • Average of rating and number of rating
  • Use feedback rating for the previous month
  • Count of rating and average of rating by createdon, areamanager, region, username, userrole and email (based on filter)
  • Customer satisfaction rating and number of feedback received
  • Customer satisfaction rating and number of feedback received - SiPlus users
     

11. Apartment from this, COMPAS Go periodically prompts user to rate the COMPAS Go application.
