This article describes the steps to add notes/documents to a quote in COMPAS Go.
1. After creating quote, adding products to the quote, if you want to attach the documents or note to your quote, make sure Editing is ON and then click Notes & Documents option available under Actions menu as shown below.
2. To add a a Note and Document Editing must be turned to ON.
3. Click on the Notes and Documents. To add new document and assign to a line item
After selecting a document to upload, assign the document based on user selection. Also set the document type.
4. To View the all the documents attached will be listed along with assignment of line items.
4. Clicking on the manage button will show the following information.
5. You can Delete the Document, Add new Version or View the documents by clicking respective icon in the screen.
