Russelectric: How to login and create quote by Russ Electric agents?

This article provides information to Russelectric agents to create a project / quote after successful login into COMPAS Go.

1. Click on Task icon and click on the "Create Project".

2.  On doing so, the use navigates to the following page.

Create Project is a combination of

• Sold to account : It is "Bill to customer" account. Unique identification number for every user / distributor. Sold to account specific for Russelectric customers starts with "008"
• Job Name : Grouping of sales quote / order. For example: Project name can be like "MH Woodlands Hospital".
• Quote Name : Sales quote or project. For example, it can be for "Building 1" or "Building 2" or "Block 1".
• Scenario: Selection of different scenarios like affiliates/billing plan/distributor/export/FOC/ICB/internal sales with the respective settings
• Job Site Address
• Bid Due date

For example: Job name can be a project name and Quote name can be individual buildings as shown below.

3. Russelectric ATS agents have ability to search associated sold to accounts and can create the project. There are two options to select the required sold to account

• Searching from entire list of sold to account   [ ]

Clicking on the above icon will pop up the following for selection of sold to account based on name / account number / state / city. For Russ Electric agents, search as below [008*]

• Selecting from the recent selection [ ]
  Clicking from the above icon will pop up the following for selection of recently used sold to account. Option is present to delete the sold to account from the list using 

4.  Select relevant sold to account, select the existing job name or create a new job by clicking on the "Create New Job"

5.  Select relevant sold to account, select the existing job name or create a new job, enter the new quote name, users can click on create or reset the quote.

Create- Save creates the quote.

Reset - Resets the data in the screen

6. The newly created project can be seen as highlighted below. User can click on the open button to access the quote.
