This article provides details steps to add a shipping information to the ATS lines.
- Add New address
- Assign address to lines
- Assign new ship date to lines
- Put lines on hold
1. After adding line item with pricing approval, navigate to the shipping page as shown below
If sales credit is not added, complete the following
On doing so, the user navigates to the following page.
2. To create new address, click on the "". User get the following page to add new address as shown below.
On completion, click on save to save the new address. Notification is provided to the user as shown below.
3. To assign a address from the address book, click "". On doing so, the following page is available for the user to select the address.
Click the required address and select the line items as shown below
Click the "Apply Address" button. On doing so, the address is applied against the line item
4. Select the "Requested Ship Date" as shown below and click the "Apply Schedule" button to schedule the delivery date / shipping date.
On doing so, the date is applied to the selected line item with notification.
5. To put selected line on hold, select the date for the line items as shown below.
Click on the "Apply Schedule" button. On doing so the date is applied and the status changes to "Hold"
