User can create multiple version quotes for any quote. Following steps describes the process.
1. Login into COMPAS with valid credentials
2. Create a new quote and add line items or open an existing quote with line items.

3. Make the quote as editing as .png){kind=small}
4. Add few product by selecting the "Add Products" from the action menu

5. Quote can be in edit on or off mode. Select the following option

4. On doing so, the following information is visible to the user. "View/Manage Versions" is opened with associated master version quote details as shown below.

5. Select any quote either master or version.Click on "Add New Version" button.
6. Create new version Quote is opened as below with default version name. User can change the name as desired. Fill in the version comments as it is mandatory . Click on OK button once it is enabled. Back button will take you to the previous page.

Note : Quote name should be within 35 characters and duplicate version quote names are not allowed.
7. Once the version quote is created successfully, the user will be redirected to version quote details page .
Version quote name will be marked as 'V' and 'M' for Master Quote in the quote header . Also the user can view the counter on the version quote as shown below.

8. User has options to create new version quotes & view the version or master quotes created by clicking on "View/Manage Versions" as shown below.
