Quotation PLT : Apply report groups to line(s) in COMPAS Go

Report Groups provide the user the ability to break out products from a base bid.  Report Groups provide alternate product groups. Adding a Report Group to a line(s).

1. Login into COMPAS with valid credentials

2. Create a new quote and add line items or open an existing quote with line items.

    Create new quote -  

    Open existing quote - 

3. Make the quote as editing as  

4. Add few product by selecting the "Add Products" from the action menu

5. For single line entry (one at a time), Select the line( Note: "Assign Report Group" button turns on when a line(s) are selected)

2. Click on the Report Group and following information is available to the user. User has option to search for report groups using the search text box.

3.  Selection or assign of report group can be done in 2 ways

a. Scroll and click on the "Assign" button

b. Enter the search / filter field and then click on the "Assign" button

4. The line now has Report  "Report Group 1" is assigned to the line item with notification message to the user.

5. Same steps can be followed for assigning report groups to multiple line items.
