Quotation PLT : Availability General in COMPAS Go

Have you wondered if we "Have it on the shelf"?  Check Availability is a useful feature to get availability information on standard products.

1. Check availability option for user is available in the following page of COMPAS

• Catalog product details page

• Quote - Siemens Product lines page

• Quote - Pricing page

• Quote - Shipping page

2. Click on the check availability button in as shown below

If you click the button without selection of line items following pop-up is displayed to the user

If you select a complex product (configurable) following pop-up will be displayed to the user.

3. On selection of standard product and click on the check availability, following information is displayed to the user.

4. When more than on line is selected for check availability following information is displayed to user

5. If a user clicks on the line the window expands with additional information for each line item with additional warnings (low inventory, quality hold), catalog validity, price and availability information.
