Quotation PLT : How can I add customer products to Quote?

After creating the customer families and products, follow the steps to add the products to the existing quote.

1. Login into COMPAS with valid credentials

2. Create a new quote or open an existing quote

    Create new quote -  

    Open existing quote - 

3. Make the quote as editing "ON" 

4. From the action menu, click on the "Add Product"  (option 1)

5. Select the customer products. All the families and customer products is visible to the user.

6. For required customer product, change the quantity and click on the "Add to Quote" button.

7. With product addition success message, the products get added to the customer products 

8. Adding customer product can be done in another way (option 2)    

9. In the customer product tab, click on the "+" as shown above.

Enter the product that is needed and click on the "Add Product" button.

10. Enter the required quantity and then click on the add button (+)

11. Now you have successfully added your customer product to your quote.

Note: Any changes in customer product will not change the quote approval status
