Quotation PLT : How to apply quick ship (custom dates) to line items in COMPAS Go?

This article describes the steps for applying custom date for shipment. 

1. Login with valid credentials and create a quote with line items with editing as "ON" 

2. Click on the pricing tab.

3. Click on the Quick ship button. Quick ship window pops up and user can enter the desired business days.

4. Select the Terms and conditions and Click on "Accept" Button.
Note : The "Accept" button would be enabled only upon selecting the terms and conditions.

5. Quick-ship charges are not determined at time of request. Custom quick-ship lead time request requires technical review. The price displayed for these  "non-standard quick-ship" line doesn't include quick-ship surcharge.  Application engineering team in consultation with plant will identify the surcharge and final price, if the requested lead-time can be supported. 

Note: Option is available to revoke the quick ship applied

6. Submit quote for technical review (Submit for TR). Once the technical review is complete, the quote status changes from "Technical Review Required"  to "Technical Review complete". At this point the quick-ship lines will have the final price including quick-ship surcharge.

7. Review the price and lead time on the line item and Submit for price approval.
