Project Management PLT : How to get latest availability information for standard product in COMPAS Go?

This article describes the options to check the availability of standard products in COMPAS Go. This is a very useful feature to get the availability information on standard products and can be done in the below pages in COMPAS Go.

Product Catalog - Product details 

Quote - Siemens Product Screen 

Quote - Pricing screen 

Quote - Shipping screen

Check Availability screen shows all the following relevant information. Clicking on the respective line item will show more details.

1. Price Insights

2. Availability warnings (Supply chain disruptions, low inventory, Quality hold)

3. Availability Information

4. Sold to Account (only in Catalog Product Details view)

To view the steps as ,

1. Select the product catalog from COMPAS Go App Center ""

2. Search for the required product and click on the product. On doing so, the user navigates to the following page (example: Q120)

    

"Check Availability" is available as shown above. Clicking on the button, the user can view the following.

1. Create a new quote and add standard products or open an existing quote with standard products as shown below.

2. Select the required line item (standard product) for which the availability is needed as shown below. On doing so, the information is available to the user.

1. Navigate to the pricing screen. Following information is available to the user.

2. User can select a line item or multiple line items to view the availability product information. On doing so the following information is available to the user.

1. Navigate to the shipping screen. Following information is available to the user.

2. User can select a line item or multiple line items to view the availability product information. On doing so the following information is available to the user.

Availability for products shown to the user. The lead time for the products that are currently not available is also listed.

Information that is available to the user in the shipping screen on the availability are as follows.

When required quantity of the product is lesser than the available quantity of the product in the plant, COMPAS Go shows the catalog as currently available.

When requested quantity of the product is greater than the available quantity of the product in the Distribution center, COMPAS Go shows a date when the requested quantity would be available. 

          

When availability information is not available in SAP, COMPAS Go shows that "Availability information is not available". Users can reach out to CUSTOMER SUPPORT for resolution.
