Quick Add is a tool for users to add Standard Products – Catalog Numbered Items to their quote instead of typing them in on the cart view. The Quick Add has two tabs. One says SIEMENS and the other one says COMPETITOR. Under Siemens you can enter the Siemens catalog numbers and quantity.
Under COMPETITOR you can enter the Competitor catalog number, quantity and see the SIEMENS offering. You cannot add both Siemens products and Competitor products at one time. Users need to add Siemens products and Competitor products separately. Using an Excel Spread sheet can speed up entering catalog numbers. Create the spread sheet with Catalog number and quantity. Copy the column of catalog numbers, click on the top left cell and do “Ctr V” to paste. Same with Quantity. Once the catalog numbers are listed Add to Quote or Add & Close.
